When business expiring
Companies are usually not aware that they are perishing.
They still live in the past, when they got on so well when they were successful, etc. and do not realize that times are changing and that their market is getting smaller and smaller and that the collapse is coming.
And as long as they have the resources to cover indiscretions, to blur the reality of it is, but not everything can be forever ....
