SEO - Be honest and search engines will appreciate

I remember six years ago when I worked at an Internet company, a girl from Moldova, which was passed in the Marketing from Operation contacted me to explain her what it is marketing and what I expect from her ..... And by talking about various topics, she mentioned that she knows SEO, and that she has worked for an American company that, I think it was a tourist platform. What is SEO? I asked. She starts to explain to me. And then I became interested in it. And since I'm economists, marketer not the tech geek, I realized that SEO overcome purely technical frameworks and became a marketing technique because it treats what programmers don't know: Words. The company had practice on Saturday mornings are held online training courses for various topics and one Saturday we decide that there will be about SEO, and that I will be co-host. At training connected all programers and during trainning they acted like hungry wolves that attacked the girl because that girl can theach 'giants' what is SEO. She successfully rejected all attacks (with my help), and explained many things. So I dealing with this theme for years. I do not know anything technical to do, but I know what it should be done and I do not know how. This girl later moved to Canada and she worked as an SEO consultant in an online gambling company, and we continued the discussion on this topic. When I worked on my website www.SrbijaBiz.com I was thinking in terms of SEO, as Google will see it, which keywords to choose, slogans, H1, H2, tags etc. During that time, over the years, search engines, primarily Google, changed parameters many times and ways of ranking .... If a man is engaged in white hat SEO does not need to worry. Google used a little better, sometimes a little lower ranks, but most important is to keep the authenticity of the direction and the necessary adjustments over time. Through years of SEO is no longer programming techniques but marketing, past Panda, Penguin, etc. but the foundation remains. It should be authentic. Google is working on exactly how to recognize what is authentic and original, because Content is king and trying to eliminate spam and to recognize the original content.
